Surprised in the best way!

The lack of a reception area incurs inconvenience!!! it's disappointing there's no jacuzzi, sauna, or steam room, despite what’s advertised!!! Improvements in room amenities and better breakfast options are definitely needed!!!

The twin room had its positives with affordable price and ease of access to light bites. the lack of basic amenities was an issue. no towels or housekeeping made stays uncomfortable. The heating system was inadequate, leaving the room cold at times, and the bathroom had serious water leakage, causing unpleasantness. Bunk beds were a concern without safety barriers. the experience was a mix of affordability and letdowns.

i really enjoyed my stay at horizons accommodation during a quiet weekend. the room was clean and bigger than i expected. Having a kitchen made meals easy. it was also just a few stops from the center of london.
shower was a bit small.
